Assassin's Reward heal only for 4 Initiative if you use Death Blossom in PvP

Assassin's Reward heals you for every Initiative point you use. Death Blossom needs 4 Initiative Points in PvE and 5 in PvP. But in PvP Assassin's Reward heals you for only 4 Initiative Points ,too. You see it in the Scrrenshots.
