AutoHotKey for Emotes

Hello,I was thinking of making a script that will list all emote commands and that will sent it to GW2 to be executed.So my questions are:

1. Is AHK allowed
2. Is it allowed to make something like this

Honestly, i don't need it that much but English is not my primary and my daughter is learning English and Latin letters and would like to use Emotes. And i think it would be cool to have a list of possible emotes and use them from time to time :)

If its required i can post a code to be checked :)
