Can't update game (again)

Dear Tyrians,

I have the same issue again. It seems, every time there's something to update the game, I can't. Error appears saying Unable to update.

I've opened a ticket 2 weeks ago about the same issue, but I downloaded the game again and it worked. Support took 9 days to respond. I figured it's resolved with me downloading the game again so we didn't investigate it any further.

Now, again, something to update, same error. I've re-opened the ticket (follow up) but in the meantime, till I wait, maybe someone has any advice to maybe help me out and I update the game and play. Any idea is welcome.
