Level 80 Training Dummies

Looking to test build and gear changes on a Level 80 Training Dummy, but can't find one. I am back playing after a ling break, there used to be some in Lion's Arch but they are gone. Someone mentioned a raid training area, but you have to be in a raid to enter.

You don’t. Just list a LFG in either the raid or strikes looking for member section and then remove it. This puts you into a raid squad by yourself.
You can also probably just do it through the party menu as well.
Ty Ayrilana, that worked.
You don't even need to put anything in lfg -just click on an arrow on the left side of the screen and then "create squad", you're in your own 1-man squad and can enter the training area right away.
