Icebrood Saga - Dragon Mastery track

I have unlocked Dragon's Boon.

However Tactician Erlandson does not sell Dragon Mastery Crystal 1 so I cannot unlock Dragon Forger. Without Crystal 1 it appears I cannot train the mastery track. He does have Crystal 2 in inventory but it is locked until Dragon Forger is done.

According to the Wiki, Erlandson is the man I need.

Anyone have an explanation for this?

Have you already spent an Icebrood Saga Mastery Point on Dragon's Boon upon completing the track?

Yep - have the Boon trait but the vendor is not offering the Crystal that unlocks the Forger trait.
