[SOLVED] Can't buy Dragon Mastery Crystal 2

I haven't played for two months or so. Now there doesn't seem to be a way to buy the DMC 2.

As such, I can't progress the mastery track.

Unless I'm missing something, this is a major bug.

I'd guess the Devs will fix that; at least, they should.

Instead of fixing it, I'd prefer that Arenanet just remove the necessity to use these crystals.
Just let us unlock the Masteries once their respective content droplet hits the game, just like other masteries.

A friend had the same issue finding it, it is in the 2nd or 3rd bag. They just have to look for it.
