[NA] [FURY] Max Level, active, welcoming Guild Looking For Raid Leaders / Commanders

Looking to Lead Raids?Look no further, [FURY] Is a max level, actively run, non-elitist Guild that is looking to venture into the Raiding scene. Our leaders/officers have a lot of experience in all content except raiding, and we are looking to start branching out into Raiding. What we are looking for in a Raid Leader--Individuals who are comfortable leading raids (doesn't matter how much experience, as long as your able to lead in confidence or progress into new wings)--Non-Elitist leadership/commanders (certain content requires meta/elitist players, but the willingness to work with people and introduce them to new things is highly sought after)--Willingness to start multiple raid teams/trainings dependent upon interest within the guild (training, progression and static groups are encouraged)--Willingness to take initiative and set up times/events for raiding
