[Suggestion] Unsplit Mending for PvE / PvP

I was looking at potential Warrior builds and noticed this skill is very strangely nerfed in PvE. Why is it? There really seems to be no reason at all, and there isn't a single meta build that runs Mending anyways. This is quite possibly the most pointless skill split in the entire game.

Or remove the pvp version and make it a physical skill so you benefit from the 20% cooldown reduction

Nah it should just be flatly buffed. No need to pigeonhole it to a trait to be even slightly not-bad.

That specific patch brought about a lot of PvP only buffs that weren't also brough to PvE for some reason. My logic is that if its balanced in PvP, its more than balanced for PvE. Eventually a small fraction of those PvP only buffs were unsplit and shared to PvE, this was just overlooked

I'm more confused why it was split in the first place.

Splitting a skill requires more effort than not, so clearly they care about something. It's just a big mystery in this case what that something may be.

It's an underpowered underused skill lol.

i’m more confused about why they promised to make it a physical skill but never did. but yeah, this is typical anet balance incompetence

Mending needs to give Regeneration.
