It is one year since the last balance patch with skill mechanic changes. Will tomorrow be the day where we get a big follow up?

At this point, I kinda doubt that we are going to get any balance changes. The entire workforce seems to be located on the new expansion.
So we probably just get a big patch right before End of Dragons drops, but nothing before.
As long as this means that the expansion will be good and fleshed out well, I can live with that.

PvP doesn't need to become even worse than it already is.
I wouldn't call this never ending game of whack-a-mole balance. Patches are a disappointment anyway so I'm not exactly eager to see one.
Clueless. But I hope not because ANet keeps removing stats from sPvP. After removal of celestial I'm now solely surviving on carrion to keep my fragile Elly alive for more than two seconds and I don't want this to be removed as well. At least give me some time to craft my second legendary amulet so I can go back to WvW.

If they are making specilizations based on the current state of the game i doubt we will see one at all
Since all their work goes into the expansion, that patch is going to be the one that will feature balance changes if anything.

They stopped balancing the game years ago. All they do now is random nerfs/buffs to this and that ..decisions made by cats playing with dices \o/

Probably not. Even if there was a patch it'd probably just be more nerfs and things deleted, making combat even slower than it already is. 😴

Nerfs should be reserved for extreme cases and only done in creative ways that make the game more interesting to play and watch.

There are a few sigils in PvP that actually do something - like energy, cleansing, doom. Time to remove them!
And carrion and valkyre are too tanky. 900 vita is not acceptble (esp. not for these pesky necros). They should also be removed.
Maybe trapper rune nerfed or remove and more nerfs on weaver
