Danikat.8537 Posted March 4, 2021 Share Posted March 4, 2021 I've not had that exact problem but I was told I couldn't have a refund on an infinite gathering tool because of the length of time I'd owned it (about a year at that point).I asked for a refund just after shared inventory slots were introduced, which made it unnecessary to have more than 1 of each tool, but I was told because I'd had it for so long before then they considered that I'd gotten enough use out of it that a refund wasn't justified. He was told because they have a glyph they can't be refunded. Does not matter which glyph it was.
