At least the home instance prismaticite node keeps improving with every new mastery level. I've gathered 5 per day from it since the most recent Dragon Slayer mastery level.

k, so no reason to start it. As for me valid minimal count is about 40-50 to make that track

want solid balance ? - play chess.

Actually yesterday I thought of something, if they want people to make legendaries why not put the Gifts in the reward for the tier 3 collections?

    • Vial of Liquid Flame or Gift of Baelfire would fit the Fiery Dragon Slayer Collection and allows people to make Incinerator or Rodgort.
    • Gift of Ice was used already in the Illuminated Boreal set
    • Gift of Nobleman would also fit the Icy Dragon Slayer Collection and allows people to make the Moot, Quip, or Minstrel as well as Uzolan's Mechanical Orchestra
    • 100 icy runestones would be an easy way to put value into the Icy Dragon slayer collection but it doesn't have the same impact since the old dungeons are a big time hurdle for people that don't do them
    • Another alternative is to give out 77 mystic clovers to blunt the clover cost , considering how expensive the collection is this would not make it viable but more advantageous to finish

The other way to make it more attractive is to tack infusions on to it, so maybe Ember Infusion look-alike for the Fiery one and Winter's Heart / Snow Diamond look-alike for the Icy Dragon Slayer one. This solution is far less ideal.
