Gem Card Availability/ Purchase Issue

I recently tried to get some gems using the in game store and wasn’t successful so I put in a ticket with the billing firm and have that pending. (Hopefully before the impulse desire to spend money on your game wears off). So I checked the post about gem card availability and looked at the NA distributors to go out at get one. They included Best Buy, Target, Walmart, and Newegg. None of them had stock or listings online but I figured I go down and have a look. In Canada we do not have target so that’s off. Bestbuy and Walmart customer service counters both confirmed those items were not on their distribution lists. Newegg is online and has no listings for guild wars 2.

Could you please update the gem card post in the FAQ to reflect reality.
