Library Detective achievement is bugged

The book "Awakening if the Heart" is missing from the Mordant Crescent Great Hall. This is preventing the completion of the Library Detective achievement. This area is not accessible except during the Living World Season 4 "Daybreak" instance. I have 6 out of the 7, but can't complete it because of the missing object. I replayed the story with same result. Sent a bug report (with screen shots), but that won't help complete it.

Interact with the Well-Worn Book in the NW corner of the Warden's Quarters, inside the Mordant Crescent Great Hall.

I usually do this:
1. Put GW2 in a window
2. Open a browser window to the side of it
3. Open YouTube and search for %achievement name% ayinmaiden
4. Do exactly as Ayin does

If it is still not there, check Wiki or Dulfy.
If it is still not there, check forums
If it is still not there, ask support.
