My Opinion

Not to be overly critical and not being sarcastic, id like to say as a person who is trying to play GW2 again and cant play because of a problem and having to wait a week or twoto get some help in my mind doesnt help the game to grow. Ive only been waiting 5 days but im ready to just unintstall and keep playing wow. If you cant respond in a reasonableamount of time to tickets, you should at least have the forum monitored and answer questions of those that cant even play the game.
