They responed always within 2 days, the members was kind and understandable.I had some in game problem so as usual I wrote to them, but I didn't get asnwer. I wrote to them 13 days ago. I understand that they receive increased amount of messages because of the new expansion and the halloween event, but 13days I think is a little bit to much. 6 days ago I opened my ticket and wrote a short reminder, that I am still waiting for my answer aand still nothing?What's going on? :/ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
