notes in game

i don't know if this is a topic that has been talked about/made in-game already (if so i cant find it)

but it would be cool if a notes panel could appear (and hover over map) and or allow us to draw on the map and keep it saved

back tot the notes panel tho. like if a sticky type note thing could be added to the HUD and allow us to add things to it for later use would be cool, i know a lot of players use desktop notes or like me use the /wiki command and go to google docs, but its annoying to have it appear over the game and have it cover the screen. a mini note pad would be really appreciated. or at east map drawings (limited tho kinda like commander map pings but have like maybe 10 for character and line drawings of 1000 ish units with eraser option.)

or even make it an in-game notebook collections item that is crafted, that opens this special tab.
