Bringing On The Archon: Where do I find Agent Kito?

So in "Enemy of my enemy", "Bringing on the Archon", the objective says "Speak with Kito and make a plan to take control of Joko's armies". I'm supposed to seek out Agent Kito at the specified location. There's a green star on my map (see attached screenshot). So as soon as I teleport myself into the area, the green star disappears off my map. But I memorized where it was so I get myself up there on top of the cliff. No sign of Agent Kito. I even went to the Temple of Kormin to find him...he's there, but doesn't seem to trigger the story-line at all.

Am I missing something?!?!

Perhaps, you are not entering the Desolation at the designated point. Where does the Content Guide lead you from the area of the Story Step immediately preceding this Story Step?

According to the Wiki, Agent Kito is nowhere near where that green star shows.

Thanx, apparently I didn't enter the area from where it wanted me to. I teleported to the Bonestrand way-point and found Agent Kito right away and moved the story forward. It's definitely a bug to report (which I did)... I mean not everyone follows the story-line in a linear fashion. Sometimes I explore the map and get to certain locations before I do the missions.

Not sure if it's actually a bug, I've noticed that for a while now the green star always ends up in the center of the map where the next mission is until you enter that specific map at which point it will then direct you via circles and stars to the mission in the map.
