Ayakaru.6583 Posted October 29, 2017 Share Posted October 29, 2017 ARC-DPS is allowed in its current form, but you have to keep up with the updates yourself.There are also mods that modify the cursor, i know TacO can do it, and there's another popular one, forgot the name but it outta be the top search if you Google it.If it's an overlay you have to little to fear regarding ToS anyway.
