Dragon Sound Effects

I really enjoyed Path of Fire's ending and can't wait for LWS4 to come out. But what gave me the most chills when watching that final Cutscene was the sound effects for Kralkatorrik and Aurene. Both had very powerful roars and both equally unique. In general a lot of the dragons and monsters sound effects in this game are phenomenal and I'm really interested in the process the sound team goes through to make all the creatures have their own unique vocalizations. So I have some questions!

How many sounds per roar, growl, snarl, ect are used in combination?Are most of the dragon sound effects created in house?How much of the sound effect is created by animals and how much of it is human made?How are all the different aspects of a creatures roar mixed down into a final piece?

Could we also have sound clips of currently occurring Elder Dragons and their minions put on sound cloud?
