Every now and then I see a vale guardian or maybe its traumanova reactor boss,on random places. He keeps appearing and as soon as I spot him hes gone.. I never get the chance to take screenshot because he dissapears fast and its usually when i am busy with mobs. He also appears in fractals, cities and even PvP. Finally looked it up and yes it is a quest thing that was triggered by her doing something. I don't remember now as that was about 3 weeks ago we looked it up on the Wiki.
