Herald needs a super buff

It needs to be massively buffed to compete with the other boon bots, that's what Glint is supposed to be and it's not the case atm. For the next balance update I hope Druid (GoTL + Spirits) and Condi PS (Might stacking and Banners durations/radius) both receive the well deserved nerf hammer in the support section, that would help balancing Revenant more easily.

I don't have much ideas, but the first thing I would do is revert the nerf made to the F2 that brought 33% boon duration instead of 50% like 2 years ago.
