Sovereign.1093
https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Skirmish_reward_trackhow long is the timer for decay?is killing a vet enough? or must do a wvw capture?does killing enemies give pips? if yes in what situation and if no in what situation?:
Loosmaster.8263
If you're at T6 participation it takes 10 minutes to bleed down to 0. You loose pips once you fall below T3.Participation increase varies on your activity. Killing players is the fastest way to get there. I find escorting Yaks to be the slowest method. It seems there is DR involved in repetition.

Jeknar.6184
You start receiving pips at T3, so you don't really need to be desperate to get to T6. Flipping 2 camps and killing a few dolyaks are usually enough to start receiving. Then you just keep playing to keep your participation up, be it flipping camps, killing players, or Trebbing a T3 wall by yourself.

It takes ten minutes before decay kicks in and 15 minutes from decay start to
intox.6347
If you want just pip farm semi-afk ... just gather particip3 and find some enemy camp ... like on alpine border west / east / north camp and take it, hide near and repeat all the time.. after camp u have 10 mins for decay.... also tagging some players in group fight will give you particip (u maybe dont get wxp for kill if u dont make much dmg to them).
