can not log in

hello i am a new player and have been playing for about 2 months and last log off this morning, then i just want to log in but suddenly can not log in then i try to reset password and succeed but still can not log in i hope friends here can help me and thank you in advance

What kind of error are you encountering?
If it is 'Wrong Password', your account may have been compromised; but, if you can log into the forums, it may be something else.

I'm assuming you can't login through the launcher but can login through account.arena.net and are thus able to login on the forums? If so, something is either blocking GW2's connection or your DNS is outdated.

To flush your DNS, open a command prompt (cmd.exe) and enter:ipconfig /flushdns

You can instead manually select a login server using the -authsrv option (-authsrv 64.25.38.54). ArenaNet is now using Amazon's servers, but these are ArenaNet's original IPs, just in case you have problem with connecting through Amazon:

For NA registered accounts:64.25.38.5464.25.38.17164.25.38.18564.25.38.5164.25.38.172

For Amazon's, use (cmd.exe): nslookup auth1.101.arenanetworks.com 8.8.8.8

For EU registered accounts:206.127.159.109206.127.146.73206.127.159.107206.127.146.67206.127.146.74

For Amazon's, use (cmd.exe): nslookup auth2.101.arenanetworks.com 8.8.8.8

You can additionally force GW2 to use port 80 or 443 using the option:-clientport 80
