So Scourge

I see they made it so Dhuumfire will now trigger on all shroud skills, though its not listed in the description due to probably a lack of text updating, I did notice that dhuumfire does now trigger with each shroud skill you use for scourge, this is a decent step in the right direction along with the torment duration being increased a little on the one shroud skill. I noticed a decent improvement, so Scourge is slowly going in the right direction, I feel it needs to be tweaked a good bit further for it to be truly viable in PvE, but its nice to see much smoother and better sustained damage.
