Merchants / Vendors

It would be good to add merchants to the API together with all the items they sell and costs.

We can get recipes but I can't see a way to work out where they come from. I can't see any cost or source on these so there's no way to work out how much of currency-x I need to farm or where to spend it or if the item is a random drop.
