Cant log-in on my Warrior only!

I cannot log-in on my warrior while I can play on the rest of my characters! He is stuck infinite loading on the map "Fireheart Rise"Its been 12 hours now and he's still stuck, while I can play some of my chars its still inconvenient for me.

Please if you could just move my character out of Fireheart Rise or do something about the problem that would be really helpful.

I've sent a ticket in but haven't received a reply. Ive read of people getting their tickets answered in 2-3 weeks! That is ridiculous! How could you guys be so under-staff while a new expansion was just released? And all those skins just released surely you have enough resources to fix your internal problems!
