NA Viper Reaper looking guild or semi static group for fractals.

Running full viper on my reaper and have all ascended except for my helm and chest. Sitting at 132 AR and i'm stuck in the middle of T3. Been pugging everything but the groups are getting harder and harder to find. I mainly play on the weekdays between 8 am and 11 am which is also making it hard to find a group. I am looking for a group or guild to join to finish up T3 and get into daily T4 runs. Happy to rep a guild if required.
