To answer your question yes. Also the likelihood of them being punished for it, even with evidence against. Is about the same as you hitting the lottery 3 weeks in a row. Which sends more players off to play GW2's competitors, more so than anything else.

Of course people still troll ranked queue. It's like that in every single game, except in other games they actually get punished.

As Quaggan knows, even when people get punished, people in lower divisions/leagues are toxic, they usualy blame their loses on others and cry about everything... and obviously when they win, they carried their team, cuz WO-HO, they are amazing... and they remain in their "elo hell" forever due to horrible mindset preventing them from improving and team co-operation.

I'll somewhat agree with you. But when you get the same Mesmer player 3 ranked matches in a row. That just sit there and afk and when bored of doing that, just constantly suiciding into the enemy team. In order to throw purposely throw those matches just to troll. Just to try and get a reaction out of the team.

What we need is a separate queue for every infraction, all the dc players get sent to one queue, all the throwing players get sent to one queue, all the botting players get sent to one queue, and all the players behaving properly get sent to the normal ranked queue. Could you imagine how hilarious ranked matches would be consisting of only players who throw the game or disconnect on purpose. The normal queue would be a wonderful experience with all the cancer surgically removed.

Players could then get out of these behavioral queues by collecting enough good boy points.

We also need a toxicity meter displayed next to your nameplate in the pvp like world of warcraft did for gearscore.

True but that will never happen. So until then I will continue to utilize Netflix on my 2nd monitor, when these players are put on my team. They just do it for the salt and nothing else.

IMHO multiple monitors is a complete must. In order to stomach, the beyond terrible quality Ranked PvP matches in GW2.
