Inculpatus cedo.9234 Posted November 11, 2017 Share Posted November 11, 2017 You can submit a ticket for assistance without logging in using the 'anonymous' option at the bottom of the ticket submission area. It makes no real difference if you are logged in or not; all responses will be emails sent to the address listed on the ticket submission.Good luck. If you were still using them, either by using the -authsrv option or through editing your hosts file, you'll need to remove it. If you weren't using that, ensure that GW2's connections aren't being blocked and flush your DNS using cmd.exe: ipconfig /flushdnsFor the support page, it requires javascript, otherwise the sign in button goes nowhere and the button next to it (submit a ticket) has no text.
