[EU][PVP][LFG] Looking for friendly PvP focused guild

Hi!

I am a returning player who has been back in the game for a few months and am skilled enough to do T4 Fractals and Raids. I am very new to PVP though, and only started this aspect of the game a few days ago (Deer rank). I enjoy the game mode, but not the RNG element of your team and would prefer having a more planned and structured approach. I generally enjoyed the games where someone led a lot more. If there is a voice channel on TS or Discord I would also welcome that.
