Cant get above the one game loss in every five from helpless teams. Having to fight low mmr players with other low mmr allies tanks personal mmr. Win every 1v1 with ridiculous dmg (while keeping yourself invuln, no need to bother your teammates with heals). If things go wrong you portal to far and decap while you get your cooldowns back. If top leaderboard players got together and all queued at the same time, they would get about the same amount of points for winning as losing, and they wouldn't have to play matches with gold rated players.
