Leveling is a bit kitteny

So, I like the profession in general but I feel like leveling is a bit weird, especially in some zones. Specifically: defaulting to Jalis means you don't have an underwater heal (or a stance at all in fact) until you've unlocked those from either Shiro or Mallyx, which takes a while, which the game doesn't really tell you (I made the mistake of trying to unlock Ventari first) and which sadly kind of messes you up if you rolled Sylvari since Caledon has the most underwater content of the starting zones (afair Queensdale is the only other starting area with an underwater heart) and one of their early stories has a raid on the krait.

And like, idk, I feel maybe flipping around to default to Shiro or Mallyx instead of Jalis might make sense for the sake of people who aren't tome leveling?

Or at least maybe getting access to racials to make up for it (although iirc the sylvari racial heal also doesn't work underwater)
