Do the guild missions that take place in WvW require the (minimum 3) participants all be on the same servers? The wiki pages don't say either way so maybe small parties on different servers could do some of the easier missions (like WvW Supply Lines escorting dolyaks). Anyone know for sure?

In order to get credit, the 3 people have to be in on the same Color of the same match up. The way the participation system works, you NEED 3 people getting credited for same Yak Escort Event in order for it to award 1 point toward the Guild mission. If you have 12 people, in groups of 3, on different match ups, it should still technically be possible to get credit..... just as long as those groups of 3 people are on the exact same yak.

Yes, that's exactly how it works... As long 3 people are on the same team and are completing the required events together, it doesn't matter what matchup they are, they all count. They can even be in the same matchup as long the objective in question isn't the same (You cannot escort a enemy yak).

I have a dumb question because my guild is lvl 1 and we were thinking of doing missions. Do you have to be tagged up for this event? Or just cap the camp and escort with three guildies?

Or just cap the camp and escort with three guildies? No need for a tag. Just have to escort with 3 kittens (same with caps btw, you dont need to claim a tower to get the tower->T1 mission done). You also dont have to escort very far, as an example on ABL SW camp its enough for 3 to escort to the sentry even if the dolly is going to the tower. You dont even need to get the reward for escort, the dolly still count most of the time.

Pro tip - a single scrapper can nearly perma superspeed dollys (or if you are lazy, a rev with speed aura).

No tag is needed for missions to be completed. Grab your guildies and go!
