Primordial orchids at Melandru shrine bugged

As part of the Druid backpiece, I planted orchid seeds in both Dry Top's arbor and the Melandru temple in CS in the fertile soil, and each grew 3 plants that can be harvested daily. The one in Dry Top works fine. However, the one at Melandru yields 100% hits less than 1 out of 10 attempts. Sometimes after I chop the first one, the other 2 just fall over of their own accord and can't be interacted with. More often, the other 2 will remain visually intact and have a Chop interaction, but interacting with either of them does nothing.

The spot at Cathedral of Verdance in Cursed Shores? Yeah, I reported that as a bug in-game in September. I'm sure it's pretty low priority as bugs go. Someone in another thread suggested that the order you chop is important, so for now, try this: with your back to the shrubs and rocks, facing the karma merchant, chop the nodes in this order --> middle, left, right. It's worked three times in a row for me so far.

Hmm, I rarely start in the middle so that might work, will give it a try
