Specifically, is the staff DD a good power build and is D/D still considered a very strong condi spec?Mostly for PvE here (Fractals, open world). Staff and condi d/d still do a lot of damage and are good in PvE.Power d/d is probably not in the meta anymore, the loss of GotL really hurt power thief a lot, it did not do good damage to begin with and it got no buffs to compensate for the loss of GotL.
