Resolve Reset Trait?

There's a minor trait in Radiance that resets Justice's cooldown upon getting a kill. There's a minor trait in Valor that resets Courage's cooldown when you rally or revive. Why isn't there a minor trait in Honor that makes it so that Resolve resets when you use your heal skill or something on like a 25s ICD? Maybe replace the first vigor trait which is good but imo doesn't make sense for a support line with Purity of Body which grants endurance regen anyways and add the reset trait in the gm minor slot. With the higher uptime on resolve it might even make up for the loss of vigor on crit. Resetting on heal use would make sense since it would allow you to reset your regen to aid in your healing back up, or to activate Resolve again for a larger heal.

Mostly because the original resolve was designed to be traited as a burst heal/condi cleanse, but not a sustainable source of healing (it had other traits for that). Neither Tomes of Resolve or Courage are meant to be 100% uptime.... they're way too powerful to allow that.
