Flowers for Jingo

This is an achievement based on a few events and dialogue steps with related NPCs in Elon Riverlands. It can be tricky to track some steps down, but that's also an incentive to take a closer look at the area.

Side-quests that take you into the back-stories of peripheral NPCs that you otherwise wouldn't take much notice of are quite rare here. In GW2, most open-world NPCs are involved in single events or chains that don't really explain much about a character's motivations, or give any opportunity to build a relationship with them. I've been waiting a while to find one with some depth to it like this, and hope to see them more often.

Are there any others in Elona that perhaps aren't tied to the achievement tracker? If so I may have to go hunting for them.
