Some comments regarding exploration/mini map.

It's never bothered me in the beginning, but something that just started recently (maybe because of mounts) was the fact that I spend an inordinate amount of time not looking at the main view of the game, but glancing constantly at the Mini Map checking for ... well, basically everything.

If an event message pops up, you have to check the MM to see direction. If you are opening up waypoints or vistas etc on alts that don't have them, you glance at the MM to see if you are near one, and so on and so on.

I'd like to focus more on the view in front of me and enjoy the scenery more, and I think it would be nice to have an option for the things that ARE already showing in the MM anyway to have real world markers in the distance for us to aim towards. I'm sure that some balancing factors would come into effect, but I'd really want to avoid looking at the MM or calling up the main map as much as possible, because it kind of breaks the immersion I get actually running around.
