Mediocre player with Mediocre Questions

How come Malyx/Shiro with Shortbow + Mace/x are not a thing yet in any of the game modes?

And how long will it take Arena Net to move Precision Strike with Unrelenting Assault to off hand sword and Deathstrike with Shackling Wave to sword main hand so Axe can have it's own identity and be cool again?

Short bow's only purpose is to make you lose dps. So has no deal to be used in PvE raids. In WvW/PvP doesn't work because is a short ranged weapon with low damage, slow cast, high energy cost which provides no defense or mobility to the player, so neither works as an attack, defense or support tool.

Main hand sword is fine thanx, don't change it to put those expensive crap with 0 defense/evade frames.

You can use Mallyx/Shiro with Mace/Axe just fine. You lose out on the utility provided by Kalla, but your damage shouldn't be too different.

It's super squishy and sword does more damage than SB if you have the trait that does torment when you chill.

But for PvE isn't short bow good for it's faster than hammer ranged auto attack and access to burn?
