Every single time it just returns a "unknown error". I called my bank to make sure the merchant wasn't black listed, because they flagged Digital River Ireland in the past. I think it's coming back to me now that I have to had to contact GW2 in the past to unblock my account to allow purchases before too, thinking it was MasterCard flagging the merchant. I don't want to purchase from retailers if I can help it because I wanted to purchase the ultimate edition. The gems deal is decent.
