Exiting Mistlock Observatory via Portal Leads to Lions Arch

So, pretty much how it sounds. Not a major issue, just annoying.

• Enter Mistlock Observatory from Mistlock Sanctuary.
• Leave Mistlock Observatory by leaving Group or clicking on "Click to leave instance" button, it will take you to your previous location.
• Leaving Mistlock Observatory by walking up to portal and clicking "Travel" takes you to Lions Arch.

This can be a little frustrating if you don't think before doing it and end up where you don't want to be.

Your title is very “captain obvious”.The Asura gate in Mistlock Observatory is a direct gate to Lions Arch and no where else, it will port you to a fixed location just like every other Asura gate, pretty sure it has the interactable label of “Asura gate to Lions Arch” too. It’s not the same as leaving group/ return to previous location.

PEBKAC issue that doesn’t need a fix.

There is a "direct gate" between the Mistlock Sanctuary and the Observatory, it should be taken into consideration. This clearly isn't a game breaking issue, it's a QOL fix, but still think it's worth addressing.

You could use the Exit Door button above the minimap, you don’t have to walk to the portal in Mistlock Observatory then. That is quality of Life, reducing movement/input.

I know that, as i'm sure is everyone else does. It doesn't change the fact that one way of leaving does not take you to your previous map (the only maps being Lions Arch and the Mistlock Sanctuary). By your logic they might as well remove "walking to the portal" since most don't use it. However, if they don't plan to, they might as well update it.
