RESOLVED Years of Ascension 2 Issue

Hey guys/devs,

i've been having a bug where "Year of the ascencion 2" does not progress.I have completed 11/11 of the achievements in year 1 and all my achievements in year 2 are working as intented except " League Dominator Veteran".I have completed the previous tier in year one. Basicly for this achievement you need to win 4 games in one day which i have done multiple days in a row.No matter what i try it won't progress at all. There are many other people with the exact same issue but for some reason its not getting fixed (see links)

What i've tried so far:

Asked other players in both LA and the PvP lobby (no fix found)Made a post on both the old forums and reddit (no fix found)Tried using different characters/classes (didnt help)Contacted support (no response)Tried this achievement on multiple different times (so it has nothing to do with the daily reset)Tried contacting other people who posted this bug over a year ago and see if they found a solution. (noone was still on except one person who said it randomly popped after being stuck for months).

In all honesty i'm clueless right now. I've tried and tried to figure out how to fix this since most people are not even exp. this issue but i can't seem to get this looked into. the only response i ever got from a dev was on someone elses post on this same subject being "I’m not seeing an issue with this achievement internally. Is it possible that you’re playing around daily reset time? The win tracker for this achievement resets with the daily reset, so that could be what you’re seeing."

As stated above it has nothing to do with the daily reset as i've done this during different times of the day.

I hope this final plea for help does not fall on deaf ears again..Thank you, Dian.

How long ago did you contact support?

it's been 8 days now, i know they're probably flooded with tickets right now but i was hoping to get this problem resolved before this season ends. Right now i'm actually hoping it gets fixed at all tbh.

8 Days is a long time. Did you get the automated response from that at least?

Can't remember tbh, but i can see my ticket on the ticket page and it says "last Activity 8 days ago"

Update: for some reason my achievement popped today. I did nothing different than the previous times i got my daily wins. I hope my next year (3) does not give me this much trouble again and i'm still hoping Anet to look into this as there are numerous other people exp. this issue.

Don't forget to close your ticket now that the issue is solved - ArenaNet are being inundated with hundreds of tickets, it's important to close solved issues.

Thank you, yes will do..still hoping a dev will look into this so others no longer need to deal with this struggle.
