Holo PvP Dodge Build?

@Chaith.8256 mentioned a dodge build that I can't quite seem to work out.

To try it out, I'm running Explosives-Alchemy-Holo, which enables the minesweeper trait, but that also means I don't have access to Tools for Adrenal Implant. Does somebody have a better design? Should I be taking tools instead of alchemy?

Zan was playing the build on twitch but its explosive, alchemy, holo with elixer s, r, and U. He also have alchemy invigorating speed, and holo vent exhaust.

It may not be completely correct but this is pretty much what you're looking for as far as the full build goes.

The posted build is missing thermal release valve.

Anyone tried rune of evasion for more Dodge cheese? I was messing around with that when PoF came out and it didn't seem to pan out, but that was before balance patch and I want going for meta just playing with it. I'm curious now that the build has evolved to meta if that rune provides anything worth considering.

That would be a true observation. My bad I selected the wrong trait. Tapps is right, you'll want thermal release valve to maximize dodge damage. However, storage capacity can work well too if you want more might stacking but less on demand damage/utility.
