game becoming unplayable

ran great up till a few days ago. micro freezes started but now alot more freezes and they last longer.anet are windows 10 changed something because i changed nothing please help

wonder if port 80 being blocked has an effect on it. just a random thought because port 80 is blocked in my areas wifi.

i have started to lagg alot in domain of vabbi but no where else what i notice

In the meantime, try connecting via the command line argument /clientport 443. The ANet guru of all things Network suggests that helps with latency due to throttling (intended or accidental) from ISPs.

Other possibilities are harder to track down. It could be hardware (problem with the GPU, CPU, or memory). If you're handy, you can shut down your computer and re-seat the components. If you're not, just shutting down and cleaning dust out can help (and is usually a good idea anyhow).

Could be software. Try to run GW2 first and make it your own program running. Try reducing some graphics options. Also consider clearing the GW2 cache and/or repairing the .DAT file. (Repair can be done as command line; see above. )
