Pack Alpha not Functioning correctly for new pets

Pack Alpha should reduce all pet skill's recharge as it's description indicates. It seems to work for all pets prior to Path of Fire. There was an update fix that did affect the F2 beast ability for the new pets, but the update did not improve the skill recharge times for the other 2 abilities' cooldowns (auto attacks have never been reduced). I thought maybe it was a bug that only the descriptions were not updated, but on several tests, the trait is not working as intended. I submitted a ticket, but I wonder if it was intended as such and that they are moving toward the trait only affecting the F2? I would hope not. Thoughts?
