[Suggestion] Titles Rework, Badges, Achievements

I propose that the Titles system be reworked so that it's like it was in City of Heroes. They really nailed the badges/achievements/titles system in that game.

For those that don't know, it worked like this;

• Every achievement name was a title.
• Players could wear one title as they can in GW2.
• Every achievement was also a badge.
• The badge page was like looking at a quick view of your achievements, but in graphical form. So it was like looking at a gallery.
• Every badge on the badge page was a little graphic that when moused over would show an enlarged version of the badge.
• Other players could see your badge page. This could be implemented on the right click dropdown menu as an "Info" or "Badges" popup from the menu.
• In this way, players could proactively invite people to groups, saying something akin to, "You need X badge, do you want to do it now?"
