GUI bugs (PVP league screen, ready screen and glide bar)

As of the November 28 patch , the league screen no longer shows up for me as can be seen here:The other two screens are fine, it's just the league screen. Admittably it's kind of...relaxing but still broken

The other two have been broken since they were released, but while i'm at it i'll report them too. Both the pvp ready screen and the gliding bar do NOT adhere to the triple monitor centering rules. As can be seen here:

The ready screen is especially annoying as it means i don't really see it and thus forget about it
