[Suggestion] Black Lion Chest Trader

So I was looking at all the Black Lion Chests I have and thought of something:A trader who takes chests for merchandise. Probably something like a Black Lion Official who's taking unused chests for resale or maybe a thief who intends to open them for the stuff inside, etc.You could get some normally Black Lion exclusive stuff for a lot of chests or trade something like 10 or 20 for a Key. This gives players something to DO with unused chests cluttering their inventory if they can't get the keys from the Gem Store for whatever reason.

You do know the chests can be bought VERY cheaply on the TP... right?

I already sell unused chests cluttering my inventory — they are tradeable on the TP, currently for about 70 copper.
