Power Reaper competitive damage output

So in all honesty i think if they remove the health threshold on close to death it had viable damage output. Easy balance.

Unfortunately I don't see that to be the case from ARCDPS and golem testing. We need more damage modifiers. Cold shoulder is a good (albeit conditional) step in the right direction. Awaken the Pain is another good step but it comes in direct conflict with Unholy Fervor which is pretty much a must for builds that use axe for ranged dps.

The concept is to deal more damage to lower health enemies. I doubt they are just going to remove that aspect.But maybe, just maybe...They could make it:+3% always+7% below 75%+15% below 50%+100% below 10%

Agreed. Tricky choice..a real bummer for axe there
