Bug - Eye of the brandstorm instance, multiple glitches as duo

Just did eye of the brandstorm instance as a replay for achievements and brought my friend with me. We had multiple bugs relating to achievements.

First, for the achievement to save 40 civilians, my friends counter reset when we entered the main city, where you fight the wyvern. He ended up with a counter of 46 which shouldnt be possible. When I completed the achievement he still had 40 civilians to save and did not get the achievement.

Secondly, we had both achieved the not so shocking, but only he received the icon for not so shocking part 2. I as party leader didnt get eligibility for it and despite not getting hit, didnt receive credit.

Finally, I as party leader was able to get the hidden achievement, but my party member didnt and wasnt able to interact with the NPC.

I had that too, ( the thing with the civilians)in a team of 3, once we passed the city gate 40 were added to the counter of the two who who were not instance owners. We had to do it once for each team member.
